This American delusion that you could be rich one day so you better protect the rich now? It’s tired. Most of us are one medical emergency or job layoff away from selling feet pics for Wi-Fi money. And guess what, tariffs make that struggle even worse. Higher costs mean small businesses suffer, rent stays unaffordable, and everything from hair grease to baby formula gets taxed to hell.

So When Are We Gonna Be Like the French?

Say what you want about the French, but when their government acts up? They act right back. We’re over here getting hit with inflation, 9-to-5 disrespect, and surging prices all in the name of “protecting American interests”—and barely making noise.
